Position - NOC-Executive/Sr Executive
- Maintaining usage reports, logs as per the business/statutory requirement
- Related networking job; switching & routing, interaction with providers & vendors
- Implementation and troubleshooting Switch/Router network
- Should have good communications skills.
- Should be good in documentation
- Should have hands on experience in network designing and good understanding of networking concepts in LAN, WAN
- Working experience in Routers, Firewalls, Switches, IP data network, Integration and operations related to Upstream providers (International Bandwidth)
- Helpdesk Support - Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- 2-3 years experience
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Communication, Computer Sc. Or IT, CCNA/CCNP
- Strong work ethic, detail oriented as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making.
- Experience with TCP/IP and general networking issues.
- Experience providing superior customer service and support.
- Experience working effectively in a team environment, communicating effectively, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the improvement of the infrastructure.
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills, successful in working both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem solving skills.
