Position - Help Desk Technician (IT)


Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Provide expert technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and business applications.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Configure and debug desktop programs.
  • Ensure seamless Local Area Network (LAN) operations.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.

Skills Required :


    Proficient in:
  • Windows Professional OS (XP-10).
  • Microsoft Office (all versions).
  • Internet Explorer.
  • Business applications.
  • TCP/IP and networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Other Attributes :


  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.

Qualification :


  • 12+ or any graduate


Experience:


  • 1-2 years of experience in technical help desk support.
