Position - Help Desk Technician (IT)
Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Provide expert technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and business applications.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Configure and debug desktop programs.
- Ensure seamless Local Area Network (LAN) operations.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Skills Required :
Proficient in:
- Windows Professional OS (XP-10).
- Microsoft Office (all versions).
- Internet Explorer.
- Business applications.
- TCP/IP and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
