Attending Broadband subscribers problems /Complaints Received by various sources like Social media, Email or Walkin at office & or various consumer forum and government portals.
Resolving Product or service related complains and replying to customer over Fone calls ,Emails or by given communication platform with following internal guideline and policies
Tagging of Escalations in CRMS.
Should be ready for any ad-hoc duties if required
Proficiency in English and Hindi language with verbal and written skill is required.
