Position - Customer Care Executive

YOU Broadband is looking for Customer Care Executive who is looking for challenging and innovative environment to meet our business requirements

  • Attending Broadband subscribers problems /Complaints Received by various sources like Social media, Email or Walkin at office & or various consumer forum and government portals.
  • Resolving Product or service related complains and replying to customer over Fone calls ,Emails or by given communication platform with following internal guideline and policies
  • Tagging of Escalations in CRMS.
  • Should be ready for any ad-hoc duties if required
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi language with verbal and written skill is required.
