Position - Operations Manager


  • Organize and monitor the Department's activities and ensure that all resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Participate in drawing up plans for the long- term development of ISP and IT infrastructure to ensure continuity of operational performance in a changing environment.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the all the domains covered operating systems and procedures.
  • Effect the technical implementation of new products and services into the Network.
  • Operations environment to ensure that the Customer Service provided satisfies both the customer and Business expectations.
  • Provide the sales team with technical advice and support.
  • Develop and revise statements of work, which should include accurate time and cost estimates.
  • Analyse customer issues and initiating corrective action leading to inputs for Training module enhancement.
  • Field Visit to check the pulse of installation Quality and adherence to Working Guidelines.
  • Thorough hands on experience and managing GEPON, MEN and OFC network.
  • Research and introduce new technologies for all employees and management.
  • HSW Training - Technical (O&MTeam) & ensure site HSW compliance.

 

Qualification :


  • BE/B Tech/Diploma in Engineering (Electronics/Telecommunication/Elect/Mech)

 

Experience :


  • 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in ISP Industry
