Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to YOUBB Employees
Talk / Response to staff through a series of actions, either email, chat , whatsapp , face-to-face or over the phone, to help operate systems , resolve issues , problem solving , surving data, request closure
Set up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
Priorities and manage many open cases at one time
Rapidly establish a good working relationship with internal staff and other professionals
Ready to work in shifts, sometimes night shift as well ,Available on demand - unpredicted time to manage with un-planned downtime activities as well planned downtime activities
Effective Communication skill
There is often pressure to work as fast as possible to deal with problems and achieve immediate results in all situations
The ability to learn quickly, flexibility and adaptability
Responsible for tracking and resolving client queries within the required timeframe
Identify, document and address unique or recurring customer problems
Create any required supporting documents for the delivery of training for both internal and external stakeholders
Any other such responsibilities as may be determined by the Manager
Scripting Language : Perl, PHP, Unix Shell scripts (ksh, csh, bash, sh and others) Python
Programming Language : C, C++, Java, JavaScript
Client side technologies like HTML, CSS, Javacript, Jquery
Web server technologies like Apache Tomcat
Proficient with Development Tools like eclipse, git, jenkins Filezilla, FTP , SFTP , Seagate Report , Visual Studio, HeidiSQL etc
