Position - Administration Cum HR


  • Facility Management.
  • To manage Travel desk/Security/Courier desk/Printing/Stationery.
  • To manage preventive maintenance of AC/company owned vehicle/DG sets etc.
  • To manage liasion with MCGM and consultants for implementation of SHOP and establishment act requirements.
  • Contract Management & Payables(Vendor invoicing/Indents and Orders).
  • Take leadership in monitoring admin related expenses and wastage control.
  • Reports & MIS generation.
  • Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.

 

Qualification :


  • Preferably Graduate from any disciple with relevant experience.
  • Specific industry experience in the field of ISP is desirable but not essential.

 

Experience :


  • 1 - 2 years

 

Functional Competencies :


  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in MIS/Excel/Billing software desired.
  • Excellent understanding and experience of Admin requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively with and gain confidence and respect of senior management.
  • Relationship management skills.
