Position - Technical Support Executive
- Should have good knowledge for router to router configure.
- Should have good knowledge outlook configuration, IP types, network topology, cat 5 cable length details, and crimping details.
- Door to door visit for solving the technical queries/difficulties for customers to connect to the Internet.
- Troubleshoot the TCP/IP, Ethernet, LAN/WAN, WiFi connectivity through phone/visit
- Troubleshoot Internet connectivity problems.
- Achieve the TAT limits for customer complaints.
- Recover the company assets from the customer premises.
- Should posses basic knowledge on Hardware, Networking, Operating Systems etc
