Job Details

Position - Technical Support Executive

  • Should have good knowledge for router to router configure.
  • Should have good knowledge outlook configuration, IP types, network topology, cat 5 cable length details, and crimping details.
  • Door to door visit for solving the technical queries/difficulties for customers to connect to the Internet.
  • Troubleshoot the TCP/IP, Ethernet, LAN/WAN, WiFi connectivity through phone/visit
  • Troubleshoot Internet connectivity problems.
  • Achieve the TAT limits for customer complaints.
  • Recover the company assets from the customer premises.
  • Should posses basic knowledge on Hardware, Networking, Operating Systems etc
  • Responsible for Sales Login with target


  • Minimum HSC & Diploma+BE/Certificate course in Hardware & (Networking)


  • 0 – 1 years relevant work experience.
